Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Senior Digital Designer with 5–7 years of professional experience in consumer-direct marketing to join the in-house Branding & Creative team. This role is focused on the design and execution of digital-first experiences, including email marketing and landing pages.
This position requires a strong foundation in digital design systems, UX/UI best practices, and collaboration with front-end development teams. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Figma, solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript as a plus. Position Summary:
Design and produce high-performing email campaigns and landing pages that align to brand standards and marketing objectives
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and UI components in Figma for email and web experiences
• Collaborate closely with web development, CRM, and strategy teams to bring digital campaigns to life
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience across digital touchpoints
• Translate creative concepts into development-ready designs, with an understanding of responsive behavior and technical constraints
• Apply a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to inform design decisions and support efficient handoff to developers
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and conversion, incorporating testing and insights where applicable
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
• Communicate design strategy and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Stay current with emerging trends in email design, UX/UI, front-end development, and digital marketing
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of professional experience in digital design, excluding academic work
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing and landing page design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to design with development in mind)
• Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Experience working in a direct-to-consumer marketing environment
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
