Financial Planning, Analysis & Corporate Reporting

  • P&L Variance Analysis: Review and interpret monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements across strategic business units to identify, quantify, and explain variances driven by material price fluctuations, freight volatility, and operational shifts.
  • Prepare internal management reporting and analysis to support daily operational decision-making, executive leadership, and Board of Directors presentations.
  • Lead the development of budgets, financial forecasts, planning models, and monthly inflation data consolidation.
