Coordinates staffing and cross-department activities, monitors shift KPIs, improves efficiency through Lean and 5S practices, addresses equipment and production issues, manages tool inventory, leads employee meetings, and reviews hours for payroll. Requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, labor relations knowledge, and flexibility across multiple shifts.

Develops new business by identifying markets, prospects, partners, and revenue opportunities; builds qualified sales pipelines; conducts consultative discovery; creates proposals and value propositions; and converts prospects into customers. Manages CRM and Commercial Excellence initiatives while using generative AI and automation for research, prospecting, personalization, meeting follow-up, market intelligence, and sales productivity. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.

Leads daily manufacturing operations, supervising employees and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and throughput goals. Drives Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, reviews production and quality metrics, develops corrective action plans, coordinates schedules and staffing, manages equipment maintenance programs, supports experimental activities, interfaces with customers and suppliers, and ensures employee training and compliance with operational standards.

Provides administrative, operational, and customer support to the sales organization and Vice President of Sales. Manages customer accounts, product and pricing updates, quotations, compliance documentation, complaints, audits, credit issues, and RFQs. Coordinates with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Supports special sales initiatives and travels occasionally to manufacturing, facility, plant, and customer locations.

Provides administrative support to Human Resources by maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, orientations, payroll adjustments, benefits support, leave and workers’ compensation administration, employee communications, job fairs, and access management. The role also assists with compliance, employee relations, uniform ordering, and paycheck or benefits questions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manages and grows existing inside-sales accounts while prospecting new business in the industrial, commercial, and food packaging markets. Develops customer plans, pricing, sales strategies, and value-selling approaches; evaluates inquiries and opportunities; monitors competitors; negotiates with customers; provides consultative support; and maintains thorough follow-up and records.

Lead commercial FP&A partnering with Sales, Ops, and Product to drive profitable revenue growth. Own pricing strategy, customer/product profitability, volume and revenue forecasting, margin optimization, scenario modeling, and financial decision support. Build models, dashboards, and tools while aligning commercial plans with manufacturing capacity and supply chain.

Lead procurement and logistics financial analysis, including raw material and commodity analysis, supplier cost modeling, P&L variance review, budgeting and forecasting, and preparation of internal management and Board reporting to drive global cost optimization.

Manage and grow a book of key accounts across product lines by building relationships, creating and executing strategic account plans, maintaining pipeline, preparing proposals/quotes/QBRs, developing container return programs, and representing the brand across office, plant, and warehouse environments.

Lead regional EHS efforts across Midwest manufacturing sites with emphasis on environmental compliance. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, manage permitting and recordkeeping, liaise with agencies, drive EHS culture, implement corrective actions, provide training, and support facility improvements to reduce incidents and noncompliance.
