Job Summary & Responsibilities
You'll be a strategic partner and trusted coach to leaders - someone who can bring insight, structure, and follow-through to help their teams thrive. Our HRBPs are embedded in the business, know what's happening on the ground, and use their people expertise to make leading teams simpler and more impactful.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you'll translate company-wide strategy into action at the department level. This role is not about doing everything; it's about doing the right things to help business leaders lead better. You'll bring clarity, connection, and confidence to your part of the org. • Strategic Partnership & Business Advisory: Serve as trusted advisor to Operations senior leaders across Health & Benefits and Retirement & Wealth verticals, joining leadership meetings and providing strategic input on talent decisions and business outcomes

  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead talent calibrations, succession planning, and collaborate with leadership and Finance on headcount forecasting and Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring
  • Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, analyzing feedback, and implementing programs that drive culture and retention
  • Change Management: Lead organizational changes with clarity and purpose, fostering high-performance culture, inclusion, and belonging through periods of transformation, including technology adoption and process optimization initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Employee Relations, other HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Finance, and other business units to deliver integrated solutions
  • Innovation & Future Focus: Proactively monitor emerging HR trends including AI in HR, skills-based talent management, and hybrid/remote work models to identify improvement opportunities
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage organizational health data across attrition, engagement, and performance to guide business recommendations.

Education & Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on strategic business partnering in high-growth, dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, influence without authority, and build trust at all levels
  • Strong skills in performance management, organizational design, and talent development
  • Experience supporting Operations, customer service, or technology functions preferred
  • Experience managing contractor/vendor relationships and distributed workforce models
  • Proven track record with large-scale change management including digital transformation, automation, and operational restructuring
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial or healthcare services experience
  • Experience with offshore/nearshore contractor management and vendor workforce strategies
