  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable, and user-friendly solutions.

  • Enhance reporting and analytics related to headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, compensation, organizational changes, compliance, and other workforce trends.

  • Create and maintain calculated fields and reporting logic needed to deliver advanced insights and dashboarding.

  • Increase visibility into key people metrics so leaders can make informed, timely decisions.

HRIS Administration

  • Troubleshoot system, data, and process issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications.

  • Contribute to system enhancements, business process updates, testing, and release activities.

  • Maintain system documentation, training guides, and reference materials for HR processes and reporting.

  • Serve as a trusted resource to HR users by providing guidance and training as needed.

Data Integrity and Process Improvement

  • Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting.

  • Strengthen data governance, documentation, and process controls across the HR technology landscape.

  • Identify manual or inefficient processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Participate in projects and enhancements that advance reporting, automation, and overall HR technology effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address system needs and business priorities.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and system solutions.

  • Coordinate testing and implementation efforts for system updates, new functionality, and process improvements.

  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and encourage adoption of new tools and processes.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM.

  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.

  • Understanding of HR data, HR processes, and HR system best practices.

  • Experience troubleshooting issues, participating in testing, and improving processes.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into useful business insight.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong communication and partnership skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way.

  • Customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

  • Experience with Workday releases, EIBs, or integrations.

  • Experience with dashboards, analytics, or visualization tools beyond standard reporting.

  • Experience working in a lean, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and approach challenges with an out-of-the-box, solutions-oriented mindset.

What’s In It for You
  • Join a growing HR technology function and make a visible impact on how people data, reporting, and systems support the business.

  • Build dashboards and reporting that leaders rely on while strengthening data quality across the employee lifecycle.

  • Gain broad exposure to Workday, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership.
