This role plays a critical role in keeping the credit union at the forefront of new digital capabilities that will help us meet or exceed consumer expectations around digital banking.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic leadership in the development and implementation of a vision and roadmap for the evolution of digital banking account opening, onboarding, engagement and self-service through digital channels
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the development, design, implementation, troubleshooting and training of new functionality or changes
  • Increase adoption of online and mobile banking and increase conversion rates for membership and product openings via digital banking channels
  • Lead agile planning and communications with internal stakeholders including other digital product teams such as operations, member contact center, deposit products, lending products, technology, compliance and legal
  • Track and report against goals and objectives (Key Performance Indicators) to the organization
  • Manage development and design partners or agencies and partner with internal teams
  • Conduct analysis of member-facing systems and releases in order to find areas of opportunity and to measure feature-functionality success
  • Develop financial services market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis
  • Follow consumer behavior and usability trends as well as new technologies in the fintech, payments and e-commerce spaces
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions

Education

  • Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Technical Discipline or Related
  • Preferred - Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Technical Discipline or Related

Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 8 Years in FinTech, e-commerce, product/channel management, product development, delivery of online, mobile or consumer-facing banking technologies or related
  • Minimum - 4  Years People Management

In Lieu of Education

12 Years FinTech, e-commerce, product/channel management, product development, delivery of online, mobile or consumer-facing banking technologies. Managing consumer-facing applications, e-commerce platforms, digital products including people management

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$133,700‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$229,200 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge. 

Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
