The Sr. Manager, Product Manager, develops and owns the short-term strategic direction of assigned product group; ensures that Littelfuse’s existing and new products drives profitable growth. 
Creates procedures to support the Littelfuse short-term strategy. 

You Will:

  • Confronts and solves performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals.
  • Partners with Senior Leadership to create short-term strategy of assigned product group; strategy ensures that product lines meet customer needs, meet budgetary requirements, and quality targets.
  • Leads professionals and/or managers to ensure that goals of the team align to overall company strategy.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Establishes systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs for continued growth and profitability.

You Have:

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • 10+ years of experience 
  • Management experience
  • Deep knowledge of product management practices
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
