  • Create and refine advanced financial models to assess risk, forecast performance, and evaluate the long-term impact of strategic initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on cost-benefit analysis and resource allocation to ensure sound financial strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Collaboration:

  • Partner with finance, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to align strategy with operational execution and ensure seamless implementation of strategic projects.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with senior leaders to align corporate goals with functional priorities, and supporting decision-making with deep market and financial insights.

  • Lead the preparation of strategic materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and other high-stakes discussions.

Strategic Initiative Ownership & Project Management:

  • Take ownership of key strategic initiatives, leading the end-to-end execution and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring the timely delivery of strategic projects with a focus on driving value realization.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of initiatives, risks, and key outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Provide thought leadership, developing best practices in strategic planning, analysis, and project execution within the Strategy & Transformation function.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
