As a Sr. Manager Global Design here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy and direction for our global energy and sustainability solutions. You will lead a team of designers, driving the development and implementation of innovative and user-centered design solutions for our customers across industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design goals and requirements, ensuring that our products are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

You will report directly to our Director, Chemical Engineer and you’ll work out of our Tulsa, OK or Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F

Qualifications

  • Lead and manage a team of designers to create innovative and user-centered design solutions
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to define design goals and requirements
  • Develop and implement design strategies and guidelines
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design

 YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as sciences technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in design, with significant leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in design tools and software

The annual base salary range for this position is $167,00 - $209,000 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
