Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing, developing, recommending, facilitating, implementing and administering strategic and tactical management of the company’s marketing copy, messaging and content. The department offers a variety of internal and external communications services that support various essential functions of the company. The primary areas of responsibility are marketing communications messaging across multiple channels (print, digital and video) to resonate with our employer groups, members, brokers, providers and internal employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years multichannel marketing copywriting experience.
  • 3 years management experience.
  • Verbal and written communications skills, including strategic messaging, proofing and editorial skills.
  • Experience quickly developing high-quality internal and external communications.
  • Independent, self-starter, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven demonstrated results-oriented track record in an environment of multiple projects, disruptive urgencies and rapidly shifting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Managed care/health care experience.
  • Advertising agency experience.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
