Expectations and Tasks: 

Define the vision, goals, and priorities for portfolio operations and lead the execution of strategic initiatives. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support. Ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals responsible for managing product initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product initiatives forward. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development and delivery processes. Implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration across teams. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of product initiatives. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics related to portfolio operations, such as project timelines, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in product development and delivery. Negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product initiatives, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders to communicate progress and identify any issues or risks. 

 

Education and Occupational Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
 

Responsibilities

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: 

Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following:

  • Data analysis and forecasting tools; and

  • Influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Experience must include three (3) years involving each of the following:

  • Renewable Fuels and Hydroprocessing technologies;

  • Advising customers in the selection of the most economic processing schemes for their projects;

  • Assessing the competitiveness of existing offerings and recommending future improvement programs for those offerings; and

  • Driving process safety and risk management using hazard analysis and mitigation strategies.

Experience must include two (2) years involving each of the following:

  • Implementing process improvements and new business models;

  • Product lifecycle management;

  • End-to-end management from concept to launch support;

  • Product Line Manager (PLM) tools;

  • Financial modeling and strategic planning, developing annual operating and strategic plans including pricing strategies and market analysis; and

  • Agile methodologies, product development process, and quality management principles.

 

BASE SALARY RANGE: $167,000 to $251,000 per year

The annual base salary range for this position is $167,000 to $251,000 per year. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
