PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As the Sr Product Manager – ATM Channel Strategy, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for BECU’s ATM, Allpoint, and Co‑op networks—core capabilities that shape how members access cash and interact with our physical and digital channels. You’ll guide the future state of ATM and in‑branch digital experiences, ensuring they are secure, compliant, cost‑optimized, and scalable for BECU’s growth. Your work will directly influence network expansion, financial performance, and member satisfaction while aligning cross‑functional teams toward a unified strategy. You’ll use data, insight, and product leadership to solve complex operational and technological challenges. In this role, you’ll help ensure the ATM and branch experience remains a strong, reliable, and evolving touchpoint for our members.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, CA, TX, GA, VA, NC or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead BECU ATM and Surcharge-Free Partner Network strategies: Own the end‑to‑end vision, strategy, and roadmap for BECU ATM and partner networks, ensuring they deliver value, security, and efficiency for members and the organization.
  • Shape future-state experiences: Drive the evolution of ATM and in‑branch digital experiences, aligning physical and digital strategies to improve access, usability, and member engagement.
  • Drive network expansion & performance: Define and execute strategies to expand access for members, optimize network costs, and improve financial performance across ATM ecosystems.
  • Guide cross-functional alignment: Lead collaboration across Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, Member Experience, and other partners to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable ATM and network operations.
  • Make data‑driven decisions: Perform in‑depth analysis of ATM usage trends, network performance, member behaviors, and financial impacts to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships: Oversee and strengthen relationships with key partners, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Ensure operational reliability: Partner with technology and operations teams to maintain secure, compliant, and dependable ATM and network availability for members.
  • Lead pricing & financial modeling: Develop pricing recommendations and financial projections that support BECU’s strategic and growth goals while managing cost allocations and risk.
  • Champion the voice of the member: Bring member insights into design and decision‑making to enhance ATM, network, and branch digital experiences.
  • Manage cross‑portfolio releases: Prioritize and manage release plans across ATM‑related products, systems, and capabilities to ensure seamless delivery across teams.
  • Continuously refine product direction: Capture insights, performance trends, and lessons learned to evolve long‑term strategy and roadmap direction.
  • Support integration and merger dependencies: Navigate enterprise‑level strategic, technical, and operational dependencies that impact ATM and network capabilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned: Support evolving business needs related to ATM strategy, digital branch experiences, and network performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically requires 7 years of product management, product development or product or equivalent experience with ATM or payments technology.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Previous experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle.
  • Self-directed and able to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing highly effective cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience understanding and determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer.
  • Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
