We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to lead the development of agentic, AI-powered products across logistics, fleet, and mobility solutions. This role combines strong product leadership with deep understanding of agentic systems, workflow automation, and domain-specific AI.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery → design → delivery → continuous learning, shaping how agentic workflows, domain intelligence, and decision automation are embedded into enterprise products.
Working at the intersection of product management, agent design, and applied AI, you will translate complex customer problems into agent-driven product experiences that deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with product engineering, design and other domain experts to discover opportunities, validate ideas, define priorities, and bring capabilities to market.
This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands agile ways of working, uses design thinking and discovery practices well, and has experience both building products from 0 to 1 and helping scale products that already have traction.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the product strategy for agentic products, including workflow automation, decision intelligence, and domain specific reasoning layers.
- Translate market signals, customer needs, and business priorities into clear product direction, roadmaps, and outcomes.
- Define how agents interact with users, systems, and data, including human-in-the-loop patterns, explainability, and escalation paths.
- Shape how AI agents are embedded into enterprise workflows, ensuring they are natively integrated into real customer environments.
- Define scope, trade-offs, and priorities across APIs, workflows, agent skills, and product features
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design to deliver high-quality agentic capabilities in an agile environment.
- Apply design thinking and iterative learning practices to test assumptions early and reduce delivery risk.
- Support both 0-1 product work and the scaling of existing capabilities from concept validation to broader market adoption.
- Use customer, product, and business signals to evaluate performance and continuously improve the product.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of product management experience, with exposure to developing agentic AI products and concepts including agent skills, workflows, orchestration, reasoning, memory, and tool use.
- Experience contributing to products from early-stage discovery through launch and scale.
- Strong grounding in agile product development ways of working and experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with design thinking, customer discovery, and evidence-based product decision making.
- Able to move between strategy and execution - from framing problems and outcomes to supporting delivery details when needed.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and bringing structure to complex product problems.
- Experience collaborating with international and distributed teams across B2B/B2C context.
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders, engineers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience in logistics, fleet, TMS and/or route optimization products.
- Experience with complex API-driven products.
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration (e.g., TMS, ERP, FSM, data platforms)
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
What do we offer?
- Work on cutting-edge AI and geospatial technologies solving real-world logistics problems.
- Modern technologies and challenging real-world problems.
- Talented, international teams.
- Opportunities to learn and grow.
- Flexible working hours.
- Competitive salary plus bonus.
The expected base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $205,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
