Job Overview
This role is essential for defining and communicating product marketing strategies that align with business goals and market demands. It involves developing product positioning, messaging, and content strategies to engage customers and support sales channels. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create technical and customer-facing marketing materials. Success is measured by the effectiveness of marketing content in driving sales pipeline growth and customer engagement. The work impacts organizational growth by enhancing product visibility and enabling sales effectiveness across customer segments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences to increase sales pipeline and prospects
  • Lead net-new concepts from ideation to launch, validating feasibility and aligning cross-functional partners.
  • Quantify market opportunity (TAM), develop the business case, and set high-level product requirements to secure investment and guide execution of net-new concepts.
  • Create product collateral including data sheets, technical briefs, and presentations to support revenue generation
  • Enable sales and partners by building sales tools and training materials that improve product understanding and competitive positioning
  • Deliver webinars and training sessions to diverse audiences to enhance product knowledge and adoption
  • Provide market and buyer insights to inform campaign strategies focused on demand creation and reputation building
  • Monitor product performance and conduct analysis to inform product adoption and provide feedback to product teams
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)
  • 7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $143,520 - $258,840

National Base Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
