The Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation supports the execution and continuous improvement of the Revenue Intelligence portfolio while contributing to broader transformation initiatives across the organization. This role partners with technical development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and drive operational excellence.

Role Description

  • Lead stakeholder workshops and working sessions across Spend Optimization Services (SOS) to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, continuous improvement opportunities, and business rules; translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.

  • Execute and help scale the Revenue Intelligence operating model, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization sessions, mid-sprint reviews, demonstrations, and release readiness coordination.

  • Apply consistent delivery practices across SOS initiatives and identify opportunities to standardize and improve execution models across teams.

  • Own execution tooling and delivery governance through Asana, ensuring work is prioritized, visible, measurable, and aligned with strategic objectives across Revenue Intelligence and Spend Optimization Services.

  • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, GTM launch readiness, and service lifecycle risks across multiple concurrent initiatives. Provide structured status updates, escalate blockers, and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools while aligning KPI definitions across Revenue Intelligence, go-to-market intake processes, and transformation initiatives. Analyze performance trends, recommend improvement actions, and drive accountability to ensure clarity, progress, and measurable results.

  • Develop and support internal communications for Revenue Intelligence initiatives and releases, GTM launches and updates, and service offering or lifecycle changes. Create executive-ready status updates, summaries, announcements, release notes, enablement materials, stakeholder communications, newsletters, and internal briefings.

  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, strategically aligned, and tailored to leadership, sales, and delivery audiences. Partner with stakeholders to improve transparency, awareness, adoption, and change reinforcement for new tools, processes, and capabilities.
