JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Health Care or Business Administration OR 6 years experience in a managed care environment.
• 4 years experience of professional experience in claims, customer service, physician office or hospital, or healthcare related experience in a leadership role.
• 3 years experience in a position which requires in-depth physician/provider relations, including but not limited to, contracting and reimbursement issues.
• Knowledge of the health care industry and private business.
• Knowledge of contracts, applications, and products.
• Demonstrated proficiency in provider reimbursement methods.
• Working knowledge of claims processing systems.
• Effective organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Working knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Provider facing experience.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking with all levels.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
