The Sr. ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for supporting the internal customers, ServiceNow application development, maintenance and support of the ServiceNow installation. Support and continuously improve the ServiceNow environments. Ensure the information and collaboration goals of the ServiceNow system are initiated, completed and supported into the future. Responsible for providing ServiceNow technical leadership, design and deployment guidance as well as ongoing ServiceNow application development and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ServiceNow end user support. Responsible for end-user account administration, permissions and access rights in accordance to governance.
  • Develop end user training material and provide training to users with varying skill levels: end user, power user and admin level with the following ServiceNow modules: ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, IH, SPM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, Incident, Demand, Request, Change
  • Maintain and enforce ServiceNow governance policy.
  • Responsible for application and data integration from various sources into ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team to design, build and deploy the ServiceNow site.
  • Design, build and deploy comprehensive approved ServiceNow change control improvements.
  • Ensure that pro-active monitoring is in place for ServiceNow Software systems.
  • Review ServiceNow releases and apply service upgrades as required to ensure the stability and security of the application.
  • Maintain currency with operating system and support software, plan and implement major software upgrades to the ServiceNow application.
  • Ensure change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed.
  • Ensure that critical systems data is backed up and recoverable in the event of a disaster.
  • Specify the quality assurance process that will ensure the overall quality and continual improvement of the ServiceNow application enhancements.
  • Collaborate with vendor management, including the development of statements of work, engagement and management of contractors, and monitoring of work against the SOW.
  • Develop and maintain the “State of the ServiceNow Environment” document that entails infrastructure performance, capacity and application/environment continuous improvement plans. Completed by interviewing key stakeholders and maintaining application, server and storage utilization information.
  • Inform the annual budget process of the necessary project information to execute upon the improvement items detailed in the “State of the SharePoint Environment” document.

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or related - Minimum
  Years of Experience:
  • 5 Years - ServiceNow or Related - Minimum
  • 2 Years - Agile Delivery Methodologies ITIL or Related - Preferred
  In Lieu of Education:
  • 8 years -  ServiceNow

License/Certifications/Training:

  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certification

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$87,100 - $123,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
