Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $101,500.00 - $169,100.00. Your Role
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust software applications across multiple platforms, ensuring performance, maintainability, and alignment with product and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to understand user challenges and design viable, high-quality solutions.
- Lead and participate in Agile planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to peers and junior engineers, especially in AI-augmented development.
- Define and uphold coding standards, review practices, and ethical guidelines for AI use.
- Implement and support AI-powered features and pipelines, contributing to prompt engineering experimentation and sharing tool usage insights.
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues as needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16years' experience in a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable, high-volume software systems and client-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with front end development practices and integration with back-end technologies (APIs / REST).
- Familiarity with front end development practices and integration with back-end technologies (APIs / REST).;">Proficiency in multiple technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and familiarity with front end development practices and integration with back-end technologies (APIs / REST).
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle methodologies (Agile, iterative) and database technologies.
- Experience with AI-powered software development, prompt engineering, and collaborating with AI agents is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.
- Scrum Developer Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Availability for rotational on-call duties outside of standard business hours may be required.
