Job Description

Hi Tech Solutions, Inc is currently seeking a highly energetic, enthusiastic, recruiter with at least 3 years of information technology recruiting experience. This individual must be comfortable speaking with high level business and technical professionals. A comprehensive understanding of current technologies, platforms, systems and business aspects within the information technology area is required.

Our recruiters are paid on a generous salary and a commission plan that is a continuous percentage of the profit margin. No one time placement fees or fading commission structure. We also offer two weeks paid vacation and five personal days, internal cash bonuses, vacation contests, 401K plan and a medical and dental plan for your entire family.

We have been doing all of our business in Chicago for the past 20 years. We have an ATS with over 30,000 candidates. We have long lasting relationships with our clients and have established a solid reputation within the IT consulting community in Chicago.

We are seeking recruiting professionals that have expertise in sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates with the following skills: Director of IT, Project management, Technical Architecture, Business analysis, System analysis, Client Server development, Mainframe development, Java Development, Quality assurance testing, Unix system administration, Network engineering, Help desk and PC support
