As a Sr Territory Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth. Your ability to achieve sales targets, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing market dynamics will directly contribute to the company's success in the assigned territory.

This remote position reports directly to the Director of Sales and serves as a key leadership role responsible for driving growth across Fiplex Communications' Northcentral Territory, including the Midwest region. Fiplex is experiencing significant momentum as organizations increasingly invest in reliable in-building wireless coverage and public safety communication systems to support mission-critical operations and regulatory compliance.

The Sr. Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a territory growth strategy, expanding customer and partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and accelerating revenue performance throughout the region. We are looking for a future-focused sales professional with a proven track record of territory development, consultative selling, and market expansion who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a designated territory and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis
  • Experience with customer relationship management and business development

PAY TRANSPARENCY 

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $111,000 - $138,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $111,000 - $138,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
