We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join us! Join a team of cross-disciplined professionals driven each day by their desire to transform complex challenges into compelling solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and preferences.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.

  • Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with the company's brand and design guidelines.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge and innovative designs.

  • Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best user experience.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

  • Proficient in Figma.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns and responsive design.

  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

  • Knowledge of animation and motion design principles.

  • Experience with mobile projects.

  • Bachelor's degree or similar studies in Graphic design.

This is a remote position for LATAM.
