We are looking for an AI GTM Engineer (Sales & Sales Engineering) to join our Revenue Operations team and help design, build, and scale intelligent systems that accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify bottlenecks, automate workflows, and deliver AI-powered copilots and agents that make our teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
This is a hands-on builder role where you’ll apply both technical expertise and business acumen to drive measurable impact. If you’re passionate about creating practical, compliant AI applications that enhance revenue processes, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do
  • Map and analyze revenue processes to identify friction points and automation opportunities.
     

  • Design and deploy AI-driven tools such as Slack copilots, SDR research assistants, deal triage bots, and enrichment workflows.
     

  • Integrate data from CRM, enrichment providers, and marketing systems to deliver actionable insights to frontline teams.
     

  • Build scalable workflows using orchestration tools (Temporal, n8n) and APIs (Gong, SFDC, MindTickle, LinkedIn, Enrichment tools (e.g. Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo,) and more).
     

  • Measure impact with clear KPIs such as pipeline lift, meetings booked, and sales cycle reduction.
     

  • Document processes and create playbooks, dashboards, and runbooks for repeatable success.
     

Example Use Cases You’ll Build
  • Automate RFP responses to reduce manual effort and accelerate sales cycles.
     

  • Build an AI Sales Coach that connects across our sales stack to provide reps with real-time guidance.
     

  • 10x SDR capabilities with AI-driven research, personalization, and sequencing at scale.
     

  • Leverage intent signals to alert reps of important account updates and trigger targeted marketing events.

  • Create Discovery Playbooks that automate the discovery process a sales rep may perform on an account before their first call
     

What We’re Looking For
  • A builder’s mindset: comfortable with rapid experimentation, iteration, and measuring outcomes. 

  • Proven experience building and deploying bots, copilots, and automation that directly supports revenue teams.
     

  • Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript, with experience in workflow orchestration (Temporal, n8n) and API integrations.
     

  • Knowledge of AI coding agents (Replit Agent, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and MCP-style tool frameworks.
     

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
     

  • Ability to balance innovation with compliance and data governance.
     

Nice to Haves
  • Experience with enrichment APIs (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit).
     

  • Prior work in RevOps, Sales, or GTM tech stacks.

The salary range for this position is: $175,000 - $185,000Cool Things to Know
