Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for aproactive and analytical Associate Staff Analyst to join our Site Operations Support team in San Antonio, Texas.
The successful candidate is a proactive and analytical thinker who will provide data for management review, analyzes data and summarizes budget data for capital projects, compliance to charging practices and tracking performance to plan. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with site senior leadership and will bring a dedicated focus to drive alignment within multiple programs in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul environment by using multiple activities involving data analytics, applies and practices outstanding project management skills and demonstrates a solid understanding of time management / organization skills. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to their professional development.

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and facilitating the business strategies set in motion by the Site Operations Support Executive and Senior Leadership team.
- Lead projects requiring the coordination of the multi-layered data analytics to support the deployment of integrated strategic projects and processes supporting the long-range business plans.
- Proactively lead by facilitation and coordination of multi-functional teams with a focus on developing, preparing and summarizing data and or technical materials, along with creating and maintaining the look ahead efforts including schedules efforts to maximize and or eliminate efficiencies within the manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for Staffing/Headcount project management efforts involving the acquisition and deployment of critical skills.
- Ensures accurate deliverables and maintains results, and communicates to all participants.
- Collects, analyzes, documents, and integrates requirements from multiple process owners.
- May establish a monitoring plan for all open projects to monitor scope changes, critical path performance to schedule plan, critical path changes and overall status of project.
- Candidate must be able to interact with employees to gather data for process improvements. This may include observing and documenting processes and collecting data in hangar or shop floor areas or on aircraft during various aircraft maintenance phases.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 1+ years of experience with Government Aircraft MRO Operations
- 1+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working as a Project Management Specialist using standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution
