This position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to a local office or our corporate headquarters for team-building, training, and collaborative project work. These on-site sessions are designed to strengthen connections, share insights, and ensure a seamless experience for our team and customers. Equipment pick-up from a local branch will be required. We will  provide advance notice whenever on-site attendance is required, making these times purposeful and rewarding.

Summary

The Staff Oracle ERP & EPM Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing core financial accounting, close, consolidation, treasury, and enterprise performance management processes across Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud platforms. The role partners closely with Accounting, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Systems teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective intercompany processing, strong controls, and timely period close.

This position provides deep functional expertise in Oracle General Ledger, EPM Cloud (EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS), Cash & Treasury Management (including Kyriba), Fixed Assets, AGIS, and Accounting Hub, and supports ongoing ERP/EPM cloud transformation and stabilization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Record-to-Report (Core GL & Close)

  • Support and enhance Oracle General Ledger including:

    • Chart of Accounts, hierarchies, CVRs

    • Allocations, revaluations, translations, and consolidations

    • Primary, secondary, and reporting ledgers

  • Partner with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Support financial reporting, audit requests, and SOX-related controls

EPM Cloud (EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS)

  • Support EDMCS for chart of accounts, hierarchy governance, and publishing to ERP and downstream systems

  • Support FCCS for consolidation, eliminations, translation, and close processes

  • Support ARCS for balance sheet, intercompany, and account reconciliations

  • Collaborate with Finance to improve close efficiency and data governance

Treasury & Cash Management

  • Support Oracle Cash Management processes including bank statements, reconciliations, and cash positioning

  • Support integrations with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred)

  • Assist Treasury teams with enhancements to liquidity visibility, controls, and reporting

Intercompany, AGIS & Fixed Assets

  • Support AGIS for intercompany invoicing and non-invoicing transactions

  • Assist with intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and settlements

  • Support Oracle Fixed Assets including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and retirements

Accounting Hub & Integrations

  • Support Accounting Hub / FAH integrations for inbound accounting data

  • Assist with SLA rule configuration, validation, and reconciliation

  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration and accounting issues

Delivery, Testing & Support

  • Participate in functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), and release validation

  • Provide production support and root-cause analysis for finance systems issues

  • Maintain functional documentation, procedures, and training materials


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP / EPM Business Analyst

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Oracle General Ledger

    • EPM Cloud (EDMCS, FCCS, and/or ARCS)

    • Cash Management / Treasury integrations (Kyriba desirable)

    • AGIS and intercompany accounting

    • Fixed Assets

  • Experience working in Oracle EBS (R12) and/or Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM environments

  • Exposure to ERP/EPM transformation, upgrades, or cloud migrations

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes

  • Experience with SLA rules, reconciliations, and financial data validation

  • Working knowledge of SQL and financial data structures

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communicator with Finance and IT stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a close-driven environment

  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to BlackLine or reconciliation tools

  • Oracle Cloud or EPM certifications

  • Experience in global, multi-entity environments, Tax Equity structures

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

154,799.31 to 185,759.18
