The Strategic Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in delivering data-driven intelligence, business insights, and cross-functional solutions that support decision-making across Wells Lamont Retail, Wells Lamont Industrial, and Tucker Safety. This role focuses on translating data into meaningful stories, identifying opportunities for improved performance, and partnering with departments across the enterprise to design and implement impactful solutions. The analyst helps elevate data culture, strengthen business processes, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and actionable business insights across product, operations, distribution, manufacturing, customer service, and commercial teams.
  • Develop strategic recommendations that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across all business units.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and execute business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Group-level priorities.
  • Build executive-ready presentations that communicate intelligence clearly and persuasively to leadership, retailers, and operational partners.
  • Act as a connector across the organization, helping teams align around shared data, insights, and performance goals.
  • Support the elevation of the company’s data culture by championing best practices, improving data literacy, and fostering a more informed decision-making environment.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and product teams on data quality, system logic, and process improvements while maintaining a business-led, non-technical focus.
  • Monitor key business metrics and develop insights that help drive continuous improvement across retail and industrial business segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business-focused insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to influence decision-makers with clear, concise recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing medium-scale business initiatives or solutions.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, or similar platforms.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a bias for action.

Pay Range:

90,800.00 - 136,200.00
