Position Summary: DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Large Deal Executive to originate, shape, and execute complex enterprise opportunities across North America. This individual will partner with Market Sellers, Client Partners, Solution Architects, Delivery, Commercial, and Executive Leadership to identify strategic opportunities, develop executive relationships, create differentiated pursuit strategies, and lead opportunities through contract signature.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success both originating large strategic pursuits and leading complex enterprise deals from qualification through close.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience originating and leading enterprise pursuits valued at $25M +.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and influence pursuit strategy before formal capture begins.

  • Experience developing new business within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations.

  • Strong background in enterprise outsourcing, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.

  • Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams through governance, proposal development, negotiations, and contract execution.

Success Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven success in originating large strategic opportunities, not simply responding to existing opportunities.

  • Experience leading complex pursuits from initial client engagement through contract execution.

  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C- Suite stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop differentiated win strategies.

  • Experience working across matrixed organizations to bring together sales, delivery, finance, legal, and technical teams.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $157,600 - $236,400.
