Boeing Global Services is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) for the Commercial Spares Pricing and Performance team in Hialeah, Florida.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location.
This role will involve up to 10% domestic travel.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will develop impactful analysis in support of aircraft operators around the globe. Your role will include developing competitive, market-based pricing and customer tailored strategies across the highly competitive transactional business and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the growth of Boeing Global Services (BGS).

Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex data sets and development of commercial insights with business recommendations
- Identify data requirements, collect, analyze and interpret data to support pricing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive, market-based pricing analysis that frames market trends and competitive insights
- Implement process enhancements to improve communication with commercial customers and pricing accuracy
- Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are being met and team priorities accomplished
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of related experience or coursework
- 3+ years of SQL and large-scale data systems & analytics experience
- 1+ years of experience working in a team environment or with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to analyze data and effectively communicate findings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- SAP system experience
- Proficiency in R, Python, or Tableau, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or training in Business Development, Finance, and/or Pricing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines
