The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate Intern you will support client-focused strategy work across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation within our Advisory practice. As an Intern you will support teams, participate in projects, observe how experienced professionals approach client challenges, and contribute through research, analysis, and basic task execution while building your understanding of the Deals environment and developing your own professional brand. This role offers exposure to strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced setting where you can learn how commercial decisions are shaped and how teams turn insights into action.
In this role at PwC, you will help gather information from a range of sources, organize findings, prepare materials, and contribute to project deliverables that support client engagements. You will also strengthen your communication, teamwork, and digital tool skills while taking ownership of your learning and asking thoughtful questions to deepen your commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Supporting deal strategy and commercial diligence workstreams through research, analysis, and basic project tasks
- Gathering and organizing market, industry, and company information to inform transaction and value creation analyses
- Assisting with financial, operational, and strategic assessments for merger, acquisition, and partnership opportunities
- Reviewing documents, datasets, and presentation materials to help identify key themes, risks, and value drivers
- Preparing concise summaries, draft slides, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing deliverables
- Using digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and spreadsheet applications to streamline analysis and document production
- Participating in team discussions, asking questions to build understanding, and applying feedback to improve work output
- Contributing to project coordination tasks while learning methods used across deal strategy and advisory engagements
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
