Job Overview
Relativity's Success Operations team drives strategy, planning, and business operations for the company's post-sale Customer Success organization, Relativity Success. We are trusted thought and execution partners to department leadership, working closely with them to shape and deliver the strategies that drive value for our customers and internal teams. Within Success Operations, the Strategic Execution team governs how the department operates — sequencing priorities, owning the planning cycle, and advising leadership. As part of this team, the Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate will act as a business partner to the teams across Relativity Success, keeping Strategic Execution close to what's happening on the ground. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Execution, you'll build the relationships and gather the intelligence that — combined with the department's operational data — become a single, decision-ready operating picture that leadership uses to prioritize work across teams, people capacity, AI and technology efforts, make trade-off calls, and report value to executives. You'll act as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on operator who helps turn strategy into grounded decisions — a role for someone who is both a credible relationship-builder and a rigorous analyst, energized by building a capability rather than inheriting one.
Job Description and Requirements
Core duties of the role
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership, supporting the planning, alignment, and execution of the department's operating rhythm.
Partner with teams across Relativity Success to understand what's happening on the ground and channel that intelligence into Strategic Execution's prioritization and reporting capabilities.
Support prioritization for cross-team work, helping assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and keep sequencing decisions grounded to ensure it all leads towards the department’s goals and priorities.
Stay close to in-flight work across the department through the relevant cross-team forums, so prioritization and reporting reflect a complete picture.
Recommend action, not just report it — surface cross-team dependencies, risks, and AI-maturity signals with a proposed course of action attached, not just the finding.
Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with current intelligence on adoption, cross-team dynamics, and where the organization is heading.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
A balance of relationship-building and analytical rigor: you build trusted relationships with and influence senior leaders who don't report to you, and you turn quantitative measurement and qualitative intelligence into a coherent, actionable picture. Candidates weighted heavily to one side are not the fit.
A track record of owning consequential decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving situations, and of standing up new processes or capabilities where none existed before.
Proven ability to manage a heavy, competing workload with disciplined prioritization, and the intellectual honesty to name trade-offs directly and say what leadership needs to hear.
An exceptional communicator across formats — written, verbal, and executive-facing — with experience using tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and Tableau and practical fluency in AI-enabled operations.
Bonus: SaaS, legal tech, or e-discovery experience; or exposure to AI adoption or transformation programs.
