Hendrickson is searching for an IT Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL.
This individual will:
- Provide end-user support and training for computer systems and network-based software applications.
- Maintain end user system replacement lifecycle. Maintain accurate inventory records to facilitate replacements according to established schedules.
- Create, Maintain and Deploy system images.
- Install and support hardware such as PCs, various printers, and storage peripherals.
- Troubleshoots user hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure that workstation configuration complies with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in an Information Technology related field.
- Minimum GPA requirement 3.0/4.0.
- Ability to interface with customers and provide group and / or one-on-one support and training.
- Ability to work within a Team environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Must exhibit the highest professionalism, self-initiative, enthusiasm, and work ethic.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour based on the student's grade classification. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
