The Controller leads the Truck Division’s financial operations, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. The role manages and develops accounting staff, supports strategic planning, drives continuous process improvement, ensures compliance with finance policies, and provides accurate financial information to business stakeholders and leadership.

Supports the Change Management team by collecting and analyzing data, maintaining material databases and ERP/PLM information, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with process improvements and program management tasks. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages multiple assignments, and helps organize data and documentation.

Provides end-user support and training for computer systems and network applications. Maintains hardware inventory and replacement lifecycles, creates and deploys system images, installs and supports PCs, printers, and storage peripherals, and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues. Ensures workstation configurations comply with organizational policies, standards, licensing agreements, and guidelines.

Manages import and export trade compliance, including tariff classification, country of origin, free trade agreement qualification, export controls, sanctions screening, post-entry corrections, and refund recovery. Oversees ACE administration, broker performance, customs payments, documentation, audits, regulatory monitoring, recordkeeping, and standard operating procedures.

Creates and revises 3D CAD models, assemblies, layouts, and engineering drawings for commercial vehicle suspension components. Performs tolerance stack studies, clearance and interference analysis, CAD data translation, and drawing checks under ASME Y14.5M standards. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers during design reviews, APQP activities, and drawing releases. Supports test equipment design, process improvements, employee training, technical publications, and resolution of cross-functional drawing issues.

Designs, implements, secures, monitors, and maintains global network and telecommunications infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and VoIP systems. Leads network architecture, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, backup testing, vendor coordination, documentation, and technical support. Provides escalation assistance, mentoring, and guidance to IT teams while supporting multiple company locations and ensuring infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability.

Manages technical aspects of current-product engineering projects from design changes through production implementation. Leads product enhancements, validation, testing, lifecycle management, cost reduction, and resolution of manufacturing and field issues. Coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers; maintains drawings, specifications, BOMs, and engineering change documentation; supports manufacturing and continuous improvement; monitors risks and project performance; and mentors engineering staff.

Leads cross-functional product development, launch, and change-management programs from planning through completion. Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision metal components, prepare and submit PPAP packages, maintain quality documentation (control plans, FMEAs), support audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), investigate defects with root cause analysis, and collaborate with production and suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Support design and development of embedded systems and vehicle sensing/control components. Create CAD models and simulations, write and debug code, run tests, troubleshoot prototypes, collect and analyze data, perform root cause analysis, prepare technical documentation, assist with prototyping (3D printing, PCB design, machining), and collaborate cross-functionally to complete projects and ensure compliance with standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain safe, ergonomic, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Lead continuous improvement, support product design for manufacturability, participate in SPPD/APQP, aid production and quality in daily issues, and support TS16949 certification and customer resolutions.

Provide generalist HR support across recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, wage administration, employee/labor relations, HRIS (ADP) maintenance, ISO recordkeeping, and employee communications. Co-lead intern/Co-Op, safety, and ISO teams; travel to plants up to 25% and participate in corporate HR projects.
