Process and generate accurate weekly payrolls across multiple locations, validate timekeeping and deductions, administer taxes and benefits, resolve discrepancies, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with HR and Finance to support reporting and audits.

Greet and direct visitors, answer switchboard, manage mailroom and shipping, maintain employee training files per IATF16949, order supplies, perform clerical HR support, and assist departments with administrative tasks.

Support design and development of embedded systems and vehicle sensing/control components. Create CAD models and simulations, write and debug code, run tests, troubleshoot prototypes, collect and analyze data, perform root cause analysis, prepare technical documentation, assist with prototyping (3D printing, PCB design, machining), and collaborate cross-functionally to complete projects and ensure compliance with standards.

Support the engineering change process by managing part numbers and bills of material, coordinating cross-functional teams, leading meetings, processing ECRs using Teamcenter and QAD, preparing reports, validating data, supporting customer-driven product changes and NPD SOP deliverables, and driving process improvements.

Provide generalist HR support across recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, wage administration, employee/labor relations, HRIS (ADP) maintenance, ISO recordkeeping, and employee communications. Co-lead intern/Co-Op, safety, and ISO teams; travel to plants up to 25% and participate in corporate HR projects.

Run VA/VE workshops to identify cost and weight reductions, optimize plant processes, investigate alternative designs, manage technical project aspects, coordinate design and testing with suppliers and customers, validate and sign-off designs, ensure production readiness and safety.

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise AI applications focused on Generative AI, RAG, and agentic workflows. Support LangChain/LangGraph implementations, RAG pipelines, backend APIs, database integrations (Cosmos DB, SQL Server), Azure deployment and monitoring, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, prompt engineering, documentation, and cross-functional troubleshooting.

Supervise hourly production associates to meet productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals. Manage staffing, schedules, training, and daily shift communications. Oversee production schedule compliance, participate in root-cause problem solving (8D), and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap and improve on-time delivery.
