Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise AI applications focused on Generative AI, RAG, and agentic workflows. Support LangChain/LangGraph implementations, RAG pipelines, backend APIs, database integrations (Cosmos DB, SQL Server), Azure deployment and monitoring, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, prompt engineering, documentation, and cross-functional troubleshooting.

Support design and development of embedded systems and vehicle sensing/control components. Create CAD models and simulations, write and debug code, run tests, troubleshoot prototypes, collect and analyze data, perform root cause analysis, prepare technical documentation, assist with prototyping (3D printing, PCB design, machining), and collaborate cross-functionally to complete projects and ensure compliance with standards.

Lead Simultaneous Product and Process Development and Current Products teams to deliver new product launches and changes. Manage program schedules, budgets, CERs, metrics, launch plans, cross-functional communication, customer interactions, and alignment of manufacturing and ROI strategies throughout program lifecycle.

Develop, implement, and maintain safe, ergonomic, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Lead continuous improvement, support product design for manufacturability, participate in SPPD/APQP, aid production and quality in daily issues, and support TS16949 certification and customer resolutions.

Provide generalist HR support across recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, wage administration, employee/labor relations, HRIS (ADP) maintenance, ISO recordkeeping, and employee communications. Co-lead intern/Co-Op, safety, and ISO teams; travel to plants up to 25% and participate in corporate HR projects.

Manage technical aspects of assigned products and projects including design, validation, testing, and production readiness. Coordinate with CAD, FEA, lab personnel, suppliers, and customers. Perform dynamic structural, fatigue, and product design analysis, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and process efficiency.

Lead corporate accounting, controls, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and OneStream system administration. Manage payroll, transfer pricing, lease accounting, and corporate budgeting/forecasting. Provide audit liaison, performance metrics, and strategic financial guidance across global business segments.

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision metal components, prepare and submit PPAP packages, maintain quality documentation (control plans, FMEAs), support audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), investigate defects with root cause analysis, and collaborate with production and suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
