The Role

This role is part of the 2025 Global Internship Program, starting in June for ten consecutive weeks and ending in August. Our internship program will expose you to the leadership advisory and executive search industries while preparing you for a career at Heidrick & Struggles through hands-on development, seminars, and coaching. Each intern is given the opportunity to present their project work at the program's conclusion.

Our Marketing department is responsible for the messaging, strategy, and lead-generation campaigns that promote the brand and help drive revenue in each of our core businesses. Marketing encompasses digital advertising, brand management, communications, domestic and international marketing, and market/competitive research.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid media efforts.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Support content creation for various channels, including website updates, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and compile reports to track campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Assist with CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead generation and nurturing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced or majoring in Marketing or a related field
  • Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
  • A self-starter with evidence of intellectual curiosity
  • A critical thinker who exhibits entrepreneurism and problem-solving abilities
  • Energized by a heavy workload and tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:

The hourly range for this position is 24.00 USD to 24.00 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills.
