The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Consulting - Warehouse Automation Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success and delivering impactful solutions. Your strategic advising and problem-solving skills will be key in developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of warehouse automation strategies to optimize supply chain operations
- Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborating with clients to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and responsiveness
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Managing large-scale projects and coordinating with multi-level teams to drive project success
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain processes
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
- Demonstrating advanced skills in supply chain management software

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
