We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities

A Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager leads the strategy, implementation, and adoption of digital technologies that improve end-to-end supply chain performance. This role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to modernize business processes, optimize planning, improve visibility, and leverage data analytics and automation to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate combines deep supply chain expertise with strong project management, technology implementation, and change management skills to successfully transform how the organization plans, sources, manufactures, and delivers products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's supply chain digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and process optimization.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, Anaplan, Manhattan, or other supply chain planning platforms.
  • Manage cross-functional implementation projects from business case development through deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Analyze existing business processes and redesign workflows to improve speed, quality, cost, and customer service.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change management.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs that measure operational performance and transformation success.
  • Utilize Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools to provide actionable business insights.
  • Establish governance for digital initiatives while ensuring data integrity and standardized business processes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve supply chain capabilities.
  • Collaborate with external software vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
  • Build business cases demonstrating ROI, productivity improvements, cost savings, inventory reductions, and service level improvements.

Qualifications

We Need You to Have


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain, operations, or digital transformation experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise system implementations or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including:
  • Experience working within a CPG, food & beverage, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment preferred.

Posted Salary RangeUSD $98,400.00 - USD $139,000.00 /A Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
