The Role
Voltus is seeking an organized and proactive Supply & Logistics Coordinator to join our Hardware Production team within Field Operations. This onsite role combines purchasing, inventory management, shipping, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping materials and hardware moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing: Create purchase orders, monitor open orders and lead times, and coordinate routine purchasing with suppliers.

  • Inventory: Receive, stock, track, and replenish inventory while maintaining accurate records and identifying shortages or discrepancies.

  • Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate parcel, freight, and international shipments, including documentation, tracking, returns, and issue resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Work with Hardware Production, Project Engineering, Finance, suppliers, and logistics partners to support purchasing and fulfillment needs.

  • Systems & Processes: Maintain accurate records across internal systems, follow established procedures, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Core Competencies: Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and self-directed, with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through.

  • Operational Experience: Experience with purchasing, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

  • Systems & Software: Experience with inventory or ERP systems and proficiency with Google Suite or similar productivity tools.

  • Preferred Skills: Experience with purchase orders, supplier coordination, freight or international shipping, CRM systems, and SOP documentation.

  • Physical Requirements: Combination of administrative and hands-on warehouse work, including sitting, standing, walking, pallet jack use, and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds safely.
