- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in an engineering role (5 years with a Master's degree).
- Experience with engineering/MBSE modeling tools, e.g., DOORS, SysML, MATLAB, Cameo, Jira.
- Demonstrated proficiency with requirements decomposition concepts and tools.
- US DoD Secret security clearance.
- Must be eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives and implement solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Possess a willingness to learn while also sharing your current knowledge/skills.
- Values innovative approaches, brainstorming and changing the status quo.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems and DoD acquisition programs.
- Proficiency with MBSE modeling tools (DOORS, SysML, MATLAB, Cameo, Jira).
