Systems Administrator Lead

Leidos is seeking a Systems Administrator Lead to support the Military OneSource program. This is a full-time, remote leadership role supporting a government customer in a 24/7 operational environment. The role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on improving Customer Experience (CX).

This position may require after-hours support coverage and operational escalation support.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and support systems administrators across enterprise applications and cloud environments
  • Drive Customer Experience (CX) and operational improvement initiatives
  • Administer and support platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and AWS
  • Develop automation and scripts to improve performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot system, integration, and infrastructure issues
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, and operational reporting
  • Support APIs, cloud integrations, and enterprise tools
  • Work directly with government stakeholders and program teams
  • Monitor system health, upgrades, and operational performance
  • Support incident response, escalation management, and after-hours operational coverage
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of systems administration experience, including supervisory or team lead experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Salesforce
    • AWS
    • Tableau
    • Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrated systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting Customer Experience (CX) or service improvement initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to support after-hours operational needs in a 24/7 environment
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain required clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with APIs, cloud integrations, or DevOps practices
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools
  • AWS or Salesforce certification
  • Experience supporting government or mission-critical environments
Work Environment
  • Full-time remote role
  • Direct interaction with government stakeholders and program teams
  • Supports a 24/7 Military OneSource operational environment including occasional after-hours coverage and escalation support

Pay Range $92,300 - $143,775
