We are looking for a Systems Administrator experienced in both macOS and Windows environments to manage, maintain, and secure our internal IT infrastructure. You’ll ensure seamless operation of endpoints, servers, and network systems, providing reliable support to a distributed team of technical and non-technical users.

Requirements
  • Administer and support macOS and Windows systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

  • Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD, and/or Google Workspace.

  • Oversee device deployment, configuration, and patch management using tools such as Intune, Jamf, or Kandji.

  • Implement and maintain security policies, including encryption, MFA, and endpoint protection.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, VPN connectivity, and hardware/software issues.

  • Support cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Cloud) as part of day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.

  • Create and update IT documentation, procedures, and asset inventory.

  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to enforce best practices and improve system reliability.

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal users and coordinate escalations when needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Specialist, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems and ecosystems.

  • Experience with device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji).

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).

  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

  • Experience with identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security, patching, and compliance.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Linux servers or hybrid environments.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Background in Zero Trust architecture or MDM policy design.
