- Preparar y realizar pruebas especializadas dentro del laboratorio, aplicando conocimientos técnicos y científicos fundamentales.
- Analizar muestras, interpretar normas, propiedades de los materiales e instrucciones operativas.
- Evaluar el rendimiento de las pruebas, revisar datos y reportar hallazgos de manera detallada.
- Diseñar, construir y adaptar configuraciones de equipos de prueba para diversas aplicaciones.
- Operar maquinaria y equipos especiales de laboratorio, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.
- Mantener y verificar periódicamente los equipos de prueba y las áreas de laboratorio asignadas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con ingenieros, personal técnico y clientes para discutir métodos de ensayo y resultados.
- Registrar datos en formatos estandarizados y preparar informes técnicos.
- Aplicar principios de mejora continua en todos los procesos y contribuir activamente a la optimización del laboratorio.
- Otras funciones asignadas según necesidades del área.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Formación técnica en una disciplina relacionada (Materiales, Mecánica, Ingeniería, o afines).
- Experiencia previa en pruebas de laboratorio o entornos técnicos similares.
- Habilidad para interpretar normas, propiedades de materiales y utilizar instrumentos de medición.
- Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).
