Talent Acquisition Contract/Internship 3 Months - Kuala Lumpur

QualificationsRequirements
Available to Join October onwards for a 3-month full-time contract or internship.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in additional languages is regarded as a significant advantage
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the maintenance of applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
