Quantcast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will be instrumental in both facilitating the recruitment process to meet our evolving business needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience via interview scheduling.

What you'll do:

  • Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple office locations with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to resolve any scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless interview experiences
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and recruiters on interview status and next steps

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative/scheduling role
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proven ability to work with urgency in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences

Pay rate is $21/hr USD.
