Capco is a global management and technology consultancy focused on the financial services industry. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and business consulting roles across Capco Poland. From identifying and approaching candidates through interviews, stakeholder management and offer stages, you will be responsible for delivering an effective recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
You will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, advise them on the talent market and develop sourcing and recruitment approaches that help Capco attract the right people for our growing business.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and business consulting roles, from initial role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer management and successful hire
- Proactively source, identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks and other relevant sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation and alignment with the requirements of the role
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders, providing recruitment guidance, market insights and regular updates throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate relationships and the overall candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination from initial contact through to offer and onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within technology, consulting, financial services or another professional services environment
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience identifying and directly engaging candidates across different channels
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and confidently assessing candidates against defined role requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues
- An organized and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously
