With strong growth across both domestic and international markets, Daniels Health is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Chicago office.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire high-impact talent, with a primary focus on operational leadership roles within our plant network. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of positions, including Plant Management, Operations, Engineering, Transportation, Customer Service, and other critical leadership and individual contributor roles. In addition, you'll support hiring across all divisions of the business, including IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales, and other corporate functions as business needs evolve. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.

We offer a hybrid work environment with two days per week onsite in our Chicago office, giving you the flexibility to do your best work while staying connected to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across plant operations, operational leadership, and corporate business functions
  • Partner closely with plant leaders, corporate hiring managers, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop clear requisitions and position profiles
  • Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations on recruitment strategy, compensation alignment, candidate assessment, interview structure, and selection decisions
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across plants and corporate departments, serving as a trusted talent advisor to the business
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends, talent market insights, competitor activity, and workforce planning needs to support proactive hiring strategies
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or hybrid recruiting environment
  • Experience recruiting for operational leadership and plant-based roles, with the ability to flex across corporate functions such as IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales, Accounting, and other business areas
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with plant leaders, corporate stakeholders, and candidates
  • Ability to balance high-priority operational searches with cross-functional corporate hiring needs in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity principles and recruitment best practices
  • Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences
  • Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and passion for helping people find meaningful careers
