As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent as a true business partner to both our Human Resources Directors and Hiring Managers across the organization. You'll consult with our hiring managers as an expert in best practices for inventive, cutting-edge hiring methods. You'll also help scale our recruiting function and have a passion for ensuring a best-in-industry candidate experience.
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mauser will focus on the following:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing and driver positions.
- Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology-based search techniques and established external relationships.
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify, source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing and other approved measures, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow-up correspondence.
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent, high quality process.
- Extract and compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Comply with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.
Requirements:
- Bilingual/Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions within a manufacturing environment in addition to CDL driver positions.
- Internal corporate recruiting experience preferred but agency recruiting experience is also acceptable.
- Proven results in engaging passive candidates quickly and through creative sourcing strategies.
- Experience working within an ATS – ideally Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Networking-oriented; enjoys networking as part of a strong recruiting strategy.
- Experience prioritizing multiple searches and projects.
- Expertise continuously and proactively building a candidate pipeline.
- Desire to attend networking events, meetups, and conferences to attract talent and stay connected with the market.
- A collaborative mindset working with hiring teams to create an inclusive interview process and advise on best practices.
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 per year. The salary offered depends on the candidates’ experience, work location, skills, etc.
