Through our proprietary sports-book and casino engine, we enable partners to offer real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-energy and rapidly growning Barcelona office to help grow or commercial team.  You will recruit for a wide variety of functions including marketing, legal and compliance.  This is a high-impact position requiring speed, creativity, and strong coordination skills to keep pace with our rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Job Marketing: Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.
  • Candidate Management: Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

  • Onboarding Coordination: Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.

  • Hiring Process Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment

  • Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken.

  • Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).

This position is hybrid based out of our Barcelona office located near la Barceloneta.
