Talent & Learning Consultant
The Talent & Learning Consulting Expertise Center is a global team of professionals with deep expertise in talent strategy, the HR talent lifecycle and people development. We partner with clients to design and implement talent solutions that strengthen their workforce, elevate organizational capabilities, and drive long-term business impact.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Talent & Learning Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored people and talent solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong HR consulting mindset, client advisory skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies.
What You'll Do
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct need assessments across the HR lifecycle, including talent strategy, competency modeling, talent acquisition, talent assessments, coaching and leadership development, and capability building.
  • Design & Advise on Talent & Learning Solutions: Support clients in building performance frameworks, career development paths, and talent assessment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Instructional Design: Provide strategic guidance on learning design and content frameworks, ensuring solutions enable employee growth and organizational agility.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor through clear, timely communication and stakeholder management across the project lifecycle.
  • Project Leadership: Lead project delivery, ensuring timelines, risks, and outcomes are well managed while mentoring junior team members.
  • Develop High-Impact Deliverables: Build presentations, reports, frameworks, and tools that clearly articulate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support Business Growth: Contribute to proposals, POVs, and innovation initiatives to expand the Talent & Learning consulting portfolio and bring fresh ideas to clients.
  • Leverage Cross-Team Expertise: Collaborate with ZS client teams and internal experts to integrate best practices and knowledge into client solutions

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in HR consulting, talent management, or organizational development
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data and insights into talent solutions
  • Experience with talent assessment methodologies, and/or career framework development preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client advisory mindset
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor team members while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong unstructured problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills with a strategic orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with high attention to detail and quality
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving client priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid working model:
