🍊 About the role
We're seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to join Lindus Health on a temporary basis to drive our critical recruitment efforts for our expanding Clinical Operations team. This pivotal role will directly support our rapid growth initiative to build our US-based Trial Coordinator team over the next 3-6 months.

At Lindus Health, we believe that exceptional talent is the fundamental driving force behind achieving our mission. As our dedicated Talent Partner for this search, you'll have direct accountability for sourcing, attracting, and securing high-caliber Trial Coordinators who will support the delivery of clinical trials.. Your expertise in talent acquisition will directly contribute to our organisation's ability to scale effectively while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

• 2+ years of experience hiring exceptional candidates within Clinical Operations

• Experience of hiring within Clinical Operations in the US is crucial

• Ideally you've hired for contractors as well as FTE's

• You’re a self-starter with high agency and an aptitude for learning quickly.

• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.

• You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new treatments are developed

• You want to make a meaningful impact at a high-growth, mission-driven VC funded startup.

• Sourcing candidates within our US Clinical Operations team

• Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search parameters.

• Attracting talented, impact-driven candidates to Lindus Health, primarily through outbound sourcing.

• Executing a high-touch, candidate-first approach across the hiring process.

• Interviewing candidates and pitching Lindus Health in a way that resonates with individual candidates' motivations.
