Human ResourcesJob Summary:

The Corporate Training Specialist at CF Industries is responsible for supporting and executing enterprise learning initiatives with a strong emphasis on Learning Management System (LMS) administration, digital content development, and end-to-end training coordination. This role plays a critical part in delivering seamless, scalable learning experiences by managing logistics, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing maintaining engaging eLearning content that supports leadership and professional development and compliance training across the enterprise.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user assignments, curricula management, and reporting.
  • AS the SME, serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring timely resolution of system access and functionality concerns.
  • Manage LMS data accuracy and system performance, performing audits to ensure compliance and integrity of training records.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports to track participation, completion rates, and overall training effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and update eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  •  Identify business needs and subject matter expert input to design  engaging, learner-centered digital training experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, materials preparation, and virtual or in-person setup.
  • Execute the delivery of instructor-led and virtual training sessions by providing facilitation, technical, and logistical assistance to ensure seamless participant experience.
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, facilitators, and vendors to execute training initiatives and maintain alignment with organizational needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing training feedback and performance data, recommending enhancements to learning processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and established procedures.

Job Attributes: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Years of experience: 3-5+ years in corporate learning, leadership development, or talent development roles.
  • Other unique job relevant attributes:
  • Demonstrated ability to develop elearning courses for professional or corporate audiences.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools (Preferably Workday Learning).
  • Experience working in large, complex, or matrixed organizations.
  • Knowledge of leadership frameworks and adult learning principles.
  • Certification in learning and talent development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise initiatives such as employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, or change management.

Estimated base pay for the position is typically between: $84,000 - $111,500.

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range. ​

In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a potential of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer’s contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
