Tap Grinder

We are seeking a skilled Tap Grinder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precision grinding of taps to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and attention to detail are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate grinding machines to sharpen and finish taps according to specifications

- Inspect and measure finished taps to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances

- Maintain and calibrate grinding equipment regularly to ensure accuracy

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

- Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues

- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in tap grinding or similar precision grinding roles

- Strong understanding of grinding machine operation and maintenance

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
