The Opportunity
As part of the Tax Innovation team, you will lead the development of advanced solution architectures that drive business transformation. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for innovative tax solutions, alignment with industry standards and client needs while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in application architecture and solution architecture
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred
- Demonstrating thought leadership in cloud-ready architectures
- Utilizing infrastructure and platform cloud services for Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Understanding event-driven and microservices architectures
- Leading rapid-prototyping efforts with new technologies
- Managing integration, data, services, and deployment aspects
- Communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Designing technical architectures for large-scale platforms
- Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages
The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
